It is missing two of the original seat covers. The seat covers that remain have scratches, scuffs, holes, tears, broken straps and wear throughout. We would recommend get new covers made. The frames are solid and sturdy, and have all of the welds together. There are scratches, scuffs, chips, fading, discoloration, and wear throughout. There is a makers mark on the tags on the seat.
