A very nice antique Bergen County, New Jersey Ladderback side chair 1790’s. Attributed to the chair makers working in Bergen County, NJ circa 1790’s to 1810’s. Very distinctive turnings, nicely proportioned side chair. Maple and ash woods, with a old refinished lacquer alligatored finish.
Size: 18 3/4” wide, 15” deep, 39 1/2” tall. 17 1/2” seat height.
Condition: Overall well preserved condition, refinished, with minimal wear from age and use. We week it is at full original height.
