This beautiful armchair is made of solid mahogany and has been reupholstered in a sumptuous italian tan leather by moore & gile. It features a buttoned back, raised arms with hand carved decoration and stunning leaf carved turned legs that terminate in their original brass cup castors. Add some classical elegance to your home with this lovely armchair. The botanical name for the mahogany this item is made of is swietenia macrophylla and this type of mahogany is not subject to cites regulation. Condition: in excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished waxed and reupholstered in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
