This is a gorgeous and rare vintage, possibly antique, Victorian Eastlake style washstand or commode with swivel mirror by Tipp Furniture Co, manufacturers of Chamber Suites, ETC, ETC.
It features three dovetailed drawers, cabinet space, towel rack, castors, a mirror, and ornate carvings and hardware.
