Art Nouveau / Edwardian period style and era, featuring the popular "blushware" ivory/cream base tone. The elegant, bulbous body features a gorgeous, vibrant, hand-painted floral design, including rich purple, yellow, and rust-colored daisy-like flowers and foliage. The vase showcases superb craftsmanship with heavy gold gilt accents. This includes two ornate, scrolling double handles with a lion or beast-head motif, gold trim on the scalloped rim, and a relief-molded pattern on the fluted neck, all highlighted in gold. This classic double-handle vase shape is perfect for display on a mantel, shelf, or cabinet. In excellent antique condition as pictured. There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs. Has some wear to the gold gilt accents. Measures 8 inches tall. See less
