Elegant mid-century Asian silk embroidery featuring a songbird perched among blooming branches and fluttering butterflies. Hand-stitched in vibrant silk threads on a rust background, the textile is bordered by patterned brocade and set within a lacquered burgundy and gold bamboo-style frame.
Set in a two-tone bamboo-style frame-deep mahogany with gilt corner accents-over a soft sage-green mat, this piece was custom framed by Discovery Arts & Crafts Gallery in Makati, Metro Manila. The craftsmanship of both the artwork and frame reflects refined mid-to late-20th-century Asian decorative style.
Perfect for adding warmth and sophistication to an entryway, dining room, or chinoiserie-inspired interior.
