This modernist desk was designed by one of the most respected Danish designers of the 20th century, Arne Vodder. He designed this model for the Danish manufacturer GV Møbler (Gasvig Møbler) during the 1960s. The desk is crafted from solid teak, whose warm color and elegant grain give the piece a unique character. It is a piece of furniture balanced in design, where style and functionality go hand in hand. The front consists of a block of three drawers on one side and a spacious cabinet on the other. All fronts are adorned with original, minimalist handles. This is a hallmark of the designer, who skillfully combined functionality with subtle elegance. The geometric handles are also made of wood. The tabletop, slightly raised above the cabinet line, lends a lightness to the piece. The legs, characteristic of Gasvig Møbler furniture, run along the entire side of the desk, making it look attractive from every angle.
