Stone fruit was first made in the Victorian era and became very popular after WW2. Made in Italy from white Carrara marble, hand carved and painted.
This delicious "good enough to eat" set of 5, contains two pairs, two apples and a plum. Largest pear measures: 3.5" wide; 3.0: deep and 3" high. Smaller pear: 2.25: w, 2.25: deep and 3" high. Large applie: 3: wide; 3: deep and 3: high. Smaller apple: 2.5" wide; 2.5" deep and 3" high. Plum measures: 2" wide; 2" deep and 1.75" high.
