Hand-formed with an intentionally uneven, undulating rim and visible horizontal throwing lines, the piece features a sophisticated split glaze. Approximately half the surface is coated in a deep, matte gunmetal gray/black, which transitions abruptly into a luminous, crackled olive green glaze on the opposing side. This dramatic interplay of glossy and matte textures, coupled with the earthy, dark clay body, lends the platter an air of grounded refinement.
