This tall and elegant vase features a cylindrical form with a flared base and an intricate scrolling arabesque design carved through the cobalt layer to reveal the softly opaque white beneath. Crafted in the traditional wheel-carved overlay technique, the work recalls the artistry of Pilgrim Glass Company of West Virginia—particularly the cameo glass designs developed in the 1980s under artisan Wayne Kelsey.

The interplay between the deep blue overlay and the white glass base creates a glowing contrast under light, making this vase an exquisite decorative accent for modern, chinoiserie, or Hollywood Regency interiors.
