Seven enameled cloisonné boxes, often used for jewelry or other small items, and is made using the cloisonné enameling technique, which involves forming wires into shapes on a metal base and then filling the partitions with enamel.each small box is 2" wide X 1 3/4" tall in the back and 1" wide the front X 2" tall. The center box is 1 3/4" iacross X 2"tall. The boxes put together measure 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" X 4". The original cloth box it sits in is 5 1/4" X 5 3/4"X 2 1/2" Tall. The box it sits in is hinged with a latch. One of the back hinges is a little loose but still functions well. Beautiful! See less
