Fresh from a Rye New York collection, we have a pleasure to bring you this beautiful Large Antique German "Vienna … Read more Fresh from a Rye New York collection, we have a pleasure to bring you this beautiful Large Antique German "Vienna Regulator" Wall Clock. Made in late 19th early 20th century, a good quality German made example. Clock is nicely carved, has a pair of finials on the top corners topping off the reeded columns on the sides, and one large finial on the bottom. Front features a large glass door, which opens and closes with a hook on the left side. Inside is a large round stark white porcelain dial with black Roman numerals, and below it hangs a beautiful gilt / gold pendulum, which has a matching white enameled center rosette. Clock is in good overall condition, with some age / use wear, possibly needs tuning (please see photos). Size is large and impressive 33" high, 14.75" wide and 6.75" deep from the wall. Gorgeous set that can work in traditional or mid-century modern setting! See less
