New old stock example, never sold, never been in a home. Design based on the Committe chair by Pierre Jeanneret and his cousin Le Corbusier. Excellent-like new condition. This item was never sold, never placed in a home, never used. No flaws, no stains, no rips, no issues with upholstery at all. Frame is solid, tight, no damage, no loose joints. Finish is rather clean, no chips, no cracks, no deep scratches or wear. Most mild signs of any handling.
