The top drawer stands a little proud of the lower two and is flanked at the front corners by hardwood split balusters. This decoration is extended to the bottom of the case with a bolder split column capped with a hand-carved hardwood acanthus leaf corbel. The contrasting tones of the wood is beautiful and dramatic. The case is of clear wood with a rich warm color. See less
