The upholstery presents with some wear: cushions show a mix of faint and more noticeable stains (particularly on the undersides, see last photo), and there are scattered pick marks to the arms and back corner (see photos). The piece is clean, odor-free, and could be used as is, but would shine with reupholstery in a fabric of your choosing.
The loveseat features classic rolled arms, a two-cushion seat, and a fitted skirt, all upholstered in a striped fabric of blue, peach, and cream. Dates 1974. Despite its compact scale, the piece feels remarkably sturdy and well-built—there’s no give in the frame or arms, and the seating remains supportive.

Normally I wouldn’t buy a sofa that isn’t perfect, but the scale and petite size caught my attention immediately. When I examined it, I was impressed with just how solid it is—no flex in the arms or frame at all. If you’re looking for a piece to reupholster that will last your lifetime, this is it.
