Set of six French majolica oyster plates in a warm goldenrod glaze, dating to the 1950s–1960s. Each plate is molded with six wells encircling a central shell motif, with a textured basketweave ground that catches the light beautifully. The rich amber hue brings a sunlit glow to the table, making these plates perfect for a coastal-inspired spread, a majolica collection, or a chic midcentury entertaining set.
Unmarked, but classic in form and finish. Light wear consistent with age, no damage noted. A versatile set equally suited for oysters, hors d’oeuvres, condiments, or as striking wall display.
