This 1950s mid-century modern barrel back chair on castors reupholstered in teddy bear fabric; truly the definition of vintage charm meets cozy comfort.
In the reupholstery process, this corner lounge chair received new cotton batting, springs retied, and a beautiful taupe teddy bear fabric that is just so inviting! With such comfort and aesthetic appeal, this is a must have for this season and to pass down to future generations.
The chair was made by the Murphy Miller Furniture company in the 1950s in upstate NY, with brilliant design and excellent craftsmanship.

This is in great overall condition as the fabric and batting are all new, and the wood has been touched up, free from any scuff marks. The castors do show some aging, but move freely without reservation. The wood does have one minor ding, which we have shown in the pictures as well.
