In the late 1990's Lars Kjerstadius created the company Cuero ('Leather' in Spanish) to produce a new design of the classic Argentinian La Mariposa or Butterfly Chair. Today the company is still family owned and run by his son and daughter in-law. Cuero products are made deep in the Swedish forests with a clear focus on quality and sustainability. Primarily the brand produces the Swedish Butterfly Chair, but they also supply beautiful Icelandic sheepskin hides also used for upholstery in their chairs. See less
