A Pair of Vintage CUERO Brand Butterfly Chairs W/Shearling Covered Seats. Iron frame in black matte with Aluminum Fittings.

In the late 1990's Lars Kjerstadius created the company Cuero ('Leather' in Spanish) to produce a new design of the classic Argentinian La Mariposa or Butterfly Chair. Today the company is still family owned and run by his son and daughter in-law. Cuero products are made deep in the Swedish forests with a clear focus on quality and sustainability. Primarily the brand produces the Swedish Butterfly Chair, but they also supply beautiful Icelandic sheepskin hides also used for upholstery in their chairs.
