A museum piece in tones of turquoise, brick, Yves Klein blue, and moss, and certainly taking cues from the Italian Memphis Milano school. This piece would work as a stunning centerpiece, atop a pedestal, or in a gallery setting. I cannot speak to its’ functionality- for instance, using as serverware - but my gut tells me it’s best kept as a piece of fine art. Milnes said: “I am enough of a modernist to believe in principles, enough of a minimalist to believe in materials and process, and enough of a post-modernist to understand these are stories” - and this perhaps sums up « Cenote » best.
