The decoration is of a black olive branch with olives dotted along the inner of the leaves. The plates have been brushed with black to create a fine black stripe effect. The finish is matt and very smooth. These plates are very slightly oval shaped and curve up at the outer edges. The factory stamp is clear on the underside with the pattern name, 'TOLEDO'; and 'decor main' hand decorated. They are in good condition, without chips or cracks. It's not recommended cleaning them in a dish washer, the modern detergents can damage the paint. This piece has an attribution mark,
