1950s Gilt Iron Étagere with Glass shelves.
Features:
—Overall distressed/aged look with a beautiful patina.
—Heavy, sturdy welded iron, with 1/2” thick, heavy plate clear glass shelves with 1/16” beveled edges (see photo showing side view of glass)
—welded Iron frame and wood finials covered in gold-leaf/gilt type finish but not too bright; Subtly aged/distressed. (Finials are removable for safe transport)
—Nice large piece, but open and airy. It can be a focal point or blended in with decor.
—Faux bamboo designed uprights
—round sphere form finials…can mix with a variety of decor.
—Freestanding and finished the same on all sides.
—6 shelves (5 glass, 1 wood), all fixed height.
—Artisan hand made, fun and decorative. Will spice up a space and will mix well with so many design styles.
—We believe made in Italy in 1950s.
—Perfect for displaying almost anything…from a stack of magazines or books to large sculptures.
—Heavy substantial piece.
Overall in very good condition with no issues, only some minor losses here and there to finishes. A few scratches to glass shelves and a few very minimal chips to corners/edges of glass. Overall some honest wear and a great patina.
Bottom shelf is dark wood with 5 thick clear glass upper shelves. We are including a 6th glass shelf (not shown, same as the others) that fits on top of the wood shelf at the bottom (but does not sit as deeply inset into the frame). This is completely optional to use depending on your personal preference. (Included free of charge).
(Note: We prefer it without the glass on the bottom shelf)

Shelf spacing, approx: 11.5” to 13.5” space between shelves except 22.5” at middle space.
Useable surface area space on each shelf is approx 27.75” x 12”
