Chinese, circa the early 19th century, a finely painted central scene with four butterflies and four floral sprays forming the border. Raised foot, which makes the rim 2.5" tall. The underside is painted with good luck bats and peach fruit. The whole is on a lovely rippled porcelain body with a continuous pebbled texture over the whole surface.
Finely painted in good detail. The size is 11" by 8.75", and 2.5" deep.
