Iconic Diamond Chair, model 421, designed by Harry Bertoia in 1952 and produced by Knoll International. This version is the full-cover upholstery edition, in this case in the original red fabric, on a black lacquered steel rod frame.
Model 421 combines the visual lightness of wire mesh with the comfort of full upholstery. The original Knoll Associates, Inc. label and Pennsylvania registration confirm its authenticity and American provenance.
