These were manufactured in 1999, and were made here in California. They were manufactured by Arcadia Chair Company, and are really high-quality chairs. They have a metal black frame, and have the original beige faux leather. The faux leather is clean and in good condition with a little wear in the back on one of them. The black frames are in great condition. These are solid, and can work as side chairs, accent chairs, waiting chairs, or desk chairs. See less
