This striking example showcases deep cobalt blue enamel panels offset by crisp white porcelain, further enriched with burnished gilt decoration and Coalport’s signature raised beaded “jeweling” along the angular neoclassical handles and domed lid finial. The bold architectural form reflects the Aesthetic Movement’s geometric influence, while the jewel-like detailing nods to Sevres and other Continental luxury porcelains admired by the English aristocracy.
