Please look at the top of the piece to see the metal frame which has a dragon on each side in an antiqued gold finish. I love the carved mahogany details throughout and the ball details on the railings. As you can see, this piece is not symmetrical - every corner, every space has it's own unique details and design. In the center you will see a carved wood flower (11th photo) and on the right a curved floral/feather shape (9th photo). It's angular, but shapely, traditional but taking so much inspiration from Asian design and exploration at that time. I love that you can style it in so many ways and it looks beautiful and unique from all sides. See less
