Found in the South of France, this Late 19th Century Pottery Bowl was crafted by French artisans in the late 1800's. The piece features terracotta pottery that has been glazed in a cream background and finshed with a green and brown sponge technique to create a marbled effect. The bowl stands on a round base and shows signs of glaze imperfections and old chips, which is typical for an earthenware vessel of this age.
