Late 1800’s/early 1900’s - Hand-carved, mahogany doorway or window lintel.
Salvaged from a center City Philadelphia townhouse in the mid-1970s.
Found on a renovation job site by my Dad along with one other piece.
He carried both rather heavily constructed pieces home on his train commute.
I have held onto it for 45 years+/- thinking that I would use it on a job or in a home of my own.
Time to pass it on.
