Refined and extremely rare ice thermos by Aldo Tura, Milan, 1960s, made of parchment with hand-painted figurative decoration. This model, produced in very few examples, is one of the most sought-after and refined versions of Tura's production.
The object has a sinuous silhouette that flares slightly towards the base, with a curved brass side handle and a shiny gold metal lid with an elegant ring handle.
The surface is covered in parchment with warm shades of green and brown, embellished with a sequence of stylized figures painted by hand in light green tones, framed by architectural arches reminiscent of classical motifs. The interior is lined with insulating material, typical of Tura's production, designed to keep the ice at the right temperature.
Underneath the base is the original Tura Milano Italia label, proof of authenticity and origin.
