This set of twelve Halifax luncheon plates are about 8" in diameter. Rock Sharpe’s Halifax pattern was produced mainly in the 1940s, though some sources place its timeline from the late 1930s through the 1950s. The design features clear crystal with etched flowers, a distinctive zig-zag stem, and a bright, detailed finish.
Since the company focused on cutting rather than glassmaking, blanks came from suppliers like Libbey, who purchased Rock Sharpe in 1947.
Plates coordinate with several other Halifax items available in our shop.
