First quarter 20th century, each with a domed, ribbon-carved crest above a padded back, one joined to the padded seat by shaped sides and arms, the other with shaped sides. Both raised on cabriole legs headed by shield carving and ending in scrolled toes on pegs, each with custom upholstery.
