Mark your turf with this exceptionally rare British Railroad Lantern. Made of cast iron. Is a signal level crossing gate lamp case from 1923. Has a bulls eye glass. Marked LNER for London & North Eastern Railway, the second largest of the big four railway companies in the UK. It is believed to be from Horton Junction Bradford, England. Is non-operational. Weighs 27lbs by itself. UK patent no.196218, HS68, S40A London. Made by Manufacturing and Railway Supplies, Ltd. In very good condition showing 100 years of life on the planet. No serious damage or repairs. We are selling in ‘As Found’ condition.
