Very cool glass plate/dish produced by renowned company Rosenthal in Germany during the 1980's, for their studio line, as a … Read more Very cool glass plate/dish produced by renowned company Rosenthal in Germany during the 1980's, for their studio line, as a part of the Andy Warhol, "Daisy" design series, now discontinued, making it a collectible piece.

This beautiful, decorative piece is made of glass, featuring a yellow daisy outlined in gray and white, with a vibrant, red-orange colored background (see photos.) It carries both Andy Warhol's signature in black, at the top, as well the makers' mark "Rosenthal studio-line", in black, at the bottom, (see photos and video), and it measures at 19.5cm x 19.5 cm in diameter.

The plate is in excellent, original and vintage condition, with no visible marks, signs of age or previous use commensurate with time, on the surface, edges, sides, or base (see photos and video.) It is clean, with a nice original patina of time, with no cracks or chips, as it looks to have been used as a decorative piece. The underside/base of the plate also remains very clean (see photos.)

Plate is being sold for decorative and display purposes only. It can be hung on a wall with a brass, wire plate hanger, or placed onto a display holder, as has been photographed (see photos.)
