Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Four of Qing Dynasty Style Carved Rosewood with Marble Inset Arm Chairs. The set of chairs are ornately detailed and designed to leave an impression. They offer solid rosewood frames that is entirely hand-carved with repeating dragon motifs along the crest, arms, and apron then resting on powerful dragon claw in ball feet. Their back seat rests have an inset of white marbled panels with dark plus light gray veins that harken a misty landscape, adding a serene counterpoint to the dramatic carving. There is a removable red seat cushion for each, patterned with gold medallions, to bring its regalness to light regal note of color and comfort, and there are two red square pillows with golden elements. In good condition, visible and minimal wear.
