The fabric has one tear in the front of the back, a small hole in the bottom corner of the seat, and a couple of larger holes in the back near the steel frame. It is very comfortable, the flaws are not overly noticeable, especially if it isn't placed in the center of a room. The drawers work well and the walnut table is in great vintage condition with minimal wear. less
