A great investment piece indeed. And better yet you can actually use it. No sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Use the as a mail holder, wastebasket, or kindling wood holder near your fireplace.
The sticker shows that it is over 100 years old and that was placed on this basket in the mid 80’s. The edges are bronze metal reinforced. The bottom has a crack which doesn’t take away from the beauty or the usability. See less
