The mirror is made in the … Read more Offering a vintage Italian hand carved faux bamboo gold leafed wall mirror, circa 1960s. The mirror is made in the traditional antique Italian giltwood process with a thin coat of plaster over the wood. There are hints of burgundy red underneath the aged gold leafing.

PLEASE NOTE: Keep in mind, this mirror is over 60 years old and has an aged "French Rubbed" antique SATIN finish NOT a high gloss shiny gold polyurethane finish..

Two heavy duty hooks on verso for vertical hanging.

EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. There is a small hairline crack and small chip in the wood which does not compromise its strong overall structure, please see last photo. One small "line" where there is some minor silvering of the mirror.
