The chest of drawers probably dates from around 1780 and originates from southern Germany.
Material:
The wood is walnut on softwood.

Construction:
The chests of drawers cannot be dismantled and consist of one piece, each with 2 drawers.
Condition:
Good condition, restored, see pictures. Pictures are part of the auction.
Description:
Two small antique Louis XVI chests of drawers, bedside tables, circa 1780, walnut. It is rare to find two identical chests of drawers from around 1780. They are walnut veneered with band inlays and stand on tapered pointed feet, as was customary at the time.
