Offering an outstanding vintage John-Richard beveled wall mirror, circa 1990s. This beautiful wall mirror is dated 12-29-1999 and signed on verso. The mirror is made in the traditional antique Italian giltwood process with a thin coat of plaster over the wood. This particular mirror has been hand painted with metallic gold paint and has a beautiful hand painted rose colored crackled faux finish border. There are metallic gold painted acanthus leaves on each corner.
The juxtaposition of the rose color crackle with the metallic gold paint gives the mirror an elegant luxurious appearance. Original manufacturer hooks on verso to accommodate both vertical and horizontal positioning.
EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. No flaws whatsoever. This fabulous Neoclassical style mirror came directly out of a Naples, Florida estate. The new owner will be very happy about its pristine condition.
A versatile wall mirror perfect for a Palm Beach Chic or Coastal style Classical home and will look great above a mantelpiece, a sophisticated foyer or an elegant hallway..
