Charming and expressive, this 1980s vintage ceramic bowl by artist Betty is a unique example of handmade studio pottery with a whimsical artistic flair. Crafted with a scalloped, pierced rim and finished in a white or cream -colored crackle glaze, the bowl features an asymmetrical conical shape with organic cutouts around the sides.
The interior is hand-painted with vibrant floral motifs and bold geometric panels in rich tones of green, orange, purple, and blue. Each pattern is distinctly stylized, showcasing the artist’s playful and personal touch. Signed “Betty” within the central floral design.
