The blue glazed pattern if relatively subtle, allowing a lot of "white space" for the elegant shapes to really show. Some pieces are worth owning on their own: look at the tea pot or creamer or gravy boat. Any one of them would stand out on a table. The Hertel Jacob stag symbol is visible on many of the marks. It is an overlay mark imprinted on top of the word Forest.

The entire set of 78 pieces is in excellent condition but for one piece and includes:
