The solid wood … Read more This is a 20th Century late Victorian striped upholstered rocking chair. The seating is comfortable and sturdy. The solid wood frame has been freshly cleaned and polished, showcasing a gorgeous, rich historic patina that perfectly anchors the striking emerald and cream silken striped cushions. The seat cushion and back is made of a lovely emerald and creme striped silken pattern. The seating style sits somewhat close to the ground; however the seat is of considerable height, comfort and spring.
