A beautiful mid-20th century Scandinavian modern stoneware salad/sandwich plate designed by Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist for Arabia of Finland. The "Kosmos" pattern was in production from 1962 through 1976. It is a nice heavy stoneware in a rich, earth tone palette under glaze. There are three bread/hors d'oeuvre plates available for purchase. Each is beautifully hand painted, and therefore there are slight variations in lightness and darkness.
A Kosmos dinnerware set (service for four) is also available in my shop under a separate listing. This set includes:
4 dinner plates
4 salad/sandwich plates
4 bread/hors d'oeuvre plates
4 coffee/tea cups and saucers
