Rare and important massive Art Deco centerpiece console bowl by noted American Art Deco period workshop, Palmer Smith ( Arthur Jesse Palmer Model 713 ) . The oval bowl is supported by four faceted balls, which rest on a thick oval base. Fully and correctly marked on base, as pictures.
