Charming pair of vintage Delft Blue candlesticks, hand painted in Holland. Each features a graceful tulip-shaped top with alternating patterns of classic windmill scenes and floral motifs, all in rich cobalt blue on white ceramic. The flared bases are vertically ribbed, adding movement and elegance to the form. Both are marked on the underside with a classic Dutch maker’s stamp from the 1960's-1980's featuring a windmill and the words “Hand Painted Delft Blue, Made in Holland.” A lovely blend of Dutch tradition and functional art — perfect for cottage, European farmhouse, or blue-and-white decor.
