Offering a LARGE vintage plaster faux ammonite snail fossil table lamp, circa 1980s. This lamp was restored with a New brass socket, New brass harp and New antique brass shell finial. The original polarized cord is in good working condition. This faux plaster sculpture represents an ammonite specimen on display with two heavy rod iron supports and is painted to replicate a real ammonite fossil. The base is intentionally painted to appear as rusted metal. Although this item is a faux stone sculpture, it weights an overwhelmingly heavy 18 pounds. High quality craftsmanship.
This beautiful heavy lamp will fit into any décor, but is especially suited for the trending high end luxury Coastal home.
