Arne Jacobsen was one of the most important Danish architects and designers of the 20th century. His work is a fundamental part of modernism and is exhibited in numerous museums around the world.
Jacobsen designed the 3107 chair in 1955. The model is now an icon of modern furniture history. It is also one of the best-selling chairs in the world.
