A pair of antique French brass fireplace chenets dating back to the late 19th century. They feature an elegant French provincial design, adorned with intricately detailed acanthus leaves, barley twist, and scroll motifs. The finely cast brass fronts have been securely mounted on sturdy cast iron andirons, ensuring both durability and functionality.
DIMENSIONS:
12" Tall x 6" Wide x 16" Long
CONDITION:
The antique brass and iron andirons are in very good condition with age appropriate wear including patina to the metal. The brass finial at the top of one of the chenets is slightly bent.
