VINTAGE HOME is pleased to offer a Palm Beach Coastal Majolica Vase featuring a fish and seaweed design in stunning deep eggplant, olive green and black. The vase is highly detailed with an intricate ceramic design including air bubbles and texture on the sea coral. The details are carried 360-degrees around the vase which creates interest and beauty from all angles. There are two swimming fish and both have their fins out in full display. The piece is finished in a gorgeous Majolica high gloss glaze that brings an additional layer of beauty to the rich color palette. Finally, the shape of the vase is nothing short of amazing and creates a feeling of motion that you would experience when swimming at the bottom of the ocean. The artistry to create that effect is perfection.

- You will find this gorgeous vase in very good vintage condition. The colors are rich and the Majolica finish is … moreYou will find this gorgeous vase in very good vintage condition. The colors are rich and the Majolica finish is of a high quality. There is some slight surface wear consistent with age and use. One of the fin tips appears to have been repaired by the original artist as the paint is consistent and the Majolica glaze is in tact. This is documented in a photograph. The repair is very well done and is not apparent unless you are specifically searching for it. The age of the piece is estimated to be from 1960-1970s. less
