The solid hardwood base is stained pecan, and its modern, tapered legs are unassuming and sturdy. Upholstered in brown velvet cotton, dubbed by JA as Venice Cocoa. The fabric is described as high performance, 100% cotton velvet with a durability count of 30,000 rubs. For cleaning purposes, its code is code S or non-water based cleaners. The base cushion is detachable, and has kept its shape impeccably - no sinkholes or divots to straighten once someone has sat. The brown velvet upholstery is in excellent condition

The chaise was originally purchased in 2016, and I am the original owner. It was placed in an ancillary area of the house and consequently is in excellent condition. We are a smoke free home. Minor wear consistent with age and history. Reference pictures for details. See less
